A night on the farm to remember! On Sunday, August 4th, Taste of Troy Food Tours LLC, the Agricultural Stewardship Association, Hudson Chatham Winery and Field Notes will come together at St. Croix Farm for a celebration of NY farms, food, and wine! The event begins with a 4:30pm wagon tour of the breathtaking St. Croix Farm in Valley Falls, and leads into a 4-course meal paired with exquisite Hudson-Chatham wines, great conversation, and descriptions of each courses preparation by the chefs. Each course is made using ingredients from four outstanding locally conserved farms: Denison Farm, Richview Farm, Hand Melon Farms, and St. Croix Farm!
